Workshop/event registration is only confirmed when full payment or deposit has been received from a participant.
If there are still places available in a workshop/event after the final payment date, you may still book a place, but will need to pay in full.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We shall always try to treat cancellation sympathetically, though due to responsibilities and costs involved in running these events, we reserve the right to apply the following charges:
If you cancel prior to 60 days before the event then you are eligible for a refund of 100% of your payment, less the deposit
If you cancel between 60 days before the event and 30 days prior to the event you are eligible for a refund of 50% of your payment, less the deposit
If you cancel within 30 days of the event, we are sorry but there is no refund.
100% refund for cancellation 60+ days before event.
50% refund for cancellation 30-59 days before event.
0% refund for cancellation 0-29 days before event.
However, if we can give your place to another person, even within the 30 day period, we will endeavour to do so, and give you a full refund of your payment minus the deposit.
In the unlikely event that a workshop/retreat is cancelled by us, all confirmed participants will be notified immediately and receive a full refund minus £25 admin fee.
Workshop/retreat participants are personally responsible for their travel arrangements, and if applicable, for any Travel Insurance arrangements. Silver Wheel cannot be held responsible for any difficulty with airlines or other travel means.
